Chapter ON-Y is the Mississauga, ON (and surrounding area) chapter of the Gold Wing Road Riders Association (GWRRA). Because of this, we generally gather in the GTA, and begin our rides from points in Mississauga. However, our members live in other cities as well, including Brampton, Milton, Hamilton, Kitchener, and many more.
Chapter ON-Y is one of the largest chapter of the GWRRA, with over 150 active members. Chapter ON-Y and its members have also achieved many accolades for their efforts, including most recently, Region K Chapter of the Year - 2015, and Region K Couple of the Year - 2015-2016.
In the past few years, we have grown from 60 members to over 150 members, and have gone on exciting group trips to Billings, Montana, Hunstville, Alabama, Nashville, Tennessee, and New Orleans, Louisiana.
The Gold Wing Road Riders Association
(GWRRA) is the world's largest social
organization for owners and riders
of Honda Gold Wing motorcycles
-- or as we like to call it, the
world's largest family.
Dedicated to our motto, Friends for
Fun, Safety and Knowledge, GWRRA
members take pride in belonging to a non-profit, non-political, and non-religious organization. They engage in yearly interactive meetings, both within their own chapters, and with others.
Since its founding in 1977, GWRRA has grown to have over 72,000 members in over 53 countries. We have over 800 active Chapters which are managed entirely by 4,000 volunteer leaders and members who aim to foster safe riding, and to improve the public image of motorcycling.

Road Captains are our certified motorcycle trip leaders. After some careful safety training and education, Road Captains map out the routes for our rides, choose the safest way to travel, and help ensure that the ride is safe and fun.
